Wav tones size!

hi all, well... my friend told me he cut the wave's files with +- 30seconds and file have +- 4/5mb, but when he transfer to mobile (with PC Suite he said) pc suit reduce automatic the size, and he obtain nice wav with 300kb +- and nice quality. the problem is he has Nokia 3650, my mobil is Nokia 7650 and with PC Suite for 7650 i cant transfer files, only images files :\ what i want is if any1 know other method to do it... sry for my bad engilsh bad im not good lol 😉
