i bought a bluetooth usb for my pc by belkin. installed it ok. the problem started when i tried to pair them my n-gage, the n-gage asked for numeric code to access my computer and the computer asked the same for my n-gage, what can i do. i dont know how to get these codes,

It is a code you select and type for the pairing to be complete. Pick any number of any length and type the same number for both devices. You will need it only once and it won't be stored anywhere; it is just used to generate encryption keys that the devices use for communication from then onwards.

normaly you have a manual that explain it very well but as the thing that you ask is really easy here's an answer :
"the n-gage asked for numeric code to access my computer and the computer asked the same for my n-gage, what can i do" => put the same code if you try to connect from you PC, it will ask to enter a code, for example 1234, then a box will appear on the n-gage, input 1234 or the code that you previously defined, then it's paired.
But bluetooth software is a bit buggy (you should have WIDCOMM software as me, although I have a Gigabyte dongle) use this guide http://www.jonsguides.com/bt/en/ you'll have the latest widcomm software even if it's provided by IBM.
