I got my 6600 a few months ago and i love it! 😃
They mistake it seems was to get it on O2 as although being one of the newest there technology is like prestoneage. 😡
1. :icon13: No voicemail alert (tape icon). You are in a meeting and ur phone rings, u cancel it feeling silly and then O2 rings you with a voicemail. Cancel that and it will keep ringing you a further 3 times till you answer. If you still haven't answered you'll be texted! (you can change these around in voicemail options but only if your adventerous this aint advertised, but still no tape option)
2. :icon13: No delivery reports. I got a list of about 500 pending messages under reports, but according to o2 if you wanna report you have to start your message with *0# which not only takes 3 characters but your report is a text message back containing non user friendly style info. no use of nice reports feature built into phone
3. :icon13: The most annoying so far! AGILE and opera do not work! oh opera works if you go to o2s website but thats all. yes have tried several user accounts etc etc it seems that o2 don't let u on nething outside there own network. even standard wap sites can be dodgy etc. i mean like opera even came preinstalled on the phone! thats like buying a windows pc with sum mac only software preinstalled on it!
If anybody has any help whatsoever with these issues, particularly with agile as id luv to have that and would consider changing contracts for it.

Agile and Opera work fine on my 6600 and im on O2 😊)) Think it may be hit and miss as a mate of mine is also on O2 and opera wont work!

could you please give details of the access point or gprs settings etc you use to connect to using agile?
whilst searching forums, it seems with TMobile US you have to have its own settings seperate to the normal gprs you use for wap.

Oh and some other issues i forgot to mention
4. I cannot send or recieve mms messages despite having been sent the right settings because according ot O2 my phone does not support em. it fails trying to send any and those i recieve auto go to O2s html website for me to retrieve with PC!
5. Similar problem with all other downloads cept like ringtones. Games and vids reckon my phone does not support these things! doesn't stop em sending me adverts about latest games like
6. O2 active? it meets the definition of a virus! it takes over your phone, launching whenever u turn ur phone on (increasing boot time by like 20secs) and hijacks the menu button. it seems they want it to replace ur phones os.
if you ring o2 up with any problems about 6600 they told me they dont have any info on that model and try and compare settings from others!
Opera works fine, search the forum for the correct settings, I posted them somewhere.
And about Agile, no, that doesn't seem to work.
