Error Message when backup with Pc Suite Help !

What apps you had install? Did you close all running app in the background?

Yes, I close all applications, even restart the phone before begining the backup.

happens to me after reinstall the T-mobile-video-player...
but i only press ok @ phone,so the backup move forward...

If this error comes ones again,i will try a Hardreset with *#7370#

and then only backup the Contacts and the Kalendar:
the rest of data i will move one by one new @ phone(so the errorfile dont is back on it)
and then i will make a backup again.
so i think the error dissapears,but how i said bevor;
i only put ok,if the error opens,then it works fine...
