Virgin n T-Mobile

Hi,

I recently bought my gage 2nd hand, and the orginal owner had it registered with Virgin. I put my original sim card in the gage, which is T-Mobile, and i seem to be missing out on services like WAP,Email and some others because it is already pre-setup with Virgin.

How do i resolve this?

U'll have to check with ur T-Mobile people. Normally u just need to sms your phone model to a certain number and they'll reply to you with the relevant phone settings and all u have to do is save it from those sms's. The trick is of course finding out what the number to msg to is...

U'd probably have a customer service number u can call, then tell him/her u need the settings for the N-Gage, or perhaps check their website for help. I'm not familiar with T-Mobile so i can't really help u there :/
For mine(Singapore M1) when i called Cust Service they gave me the number to sms so i could get the settings through sms.
