I have the P900 but unfortunately, everytime somebody call me, after 5 sec or so, it just jump to divert. Can I delay the divert to 15 or 20 sec if no answer, just like from Nokia?
If so, how do I do that?
No Divert on P900? Nokia is miles better?

Open flip, press on phone icon in top left hand corner, click on "edit" then preferences.
Now to go divert calls and take the divert to answer phone off...alternatively Networks sometimes set the limits and this can sometimes be changed from your voicemail menu and has nothing to do with the phone...depending on which network your on...might be worth a go though.
