how do you use the screen shot function
i switch it to on then it just closes the program with no warning

On my phone it first prompts for what to start screenshot filenames with ("Names start with"😉, and then it says: "FExplorer is switching in background, press "ABC"+"0" to capture. The files will be saved in 'c:\nokia\images\FE_img'".
Doesn't it on yours? If so, check that you have the latest version from http://www.gosymbian.com/ and if not, install it.
The "ABC" key is the key with the "Pencil" on newer Series 60 phones (the 7650 had a key that read "ABC"😉.
