SMTP-authentikation not working on Nokia 7610 (as well as 6600, 7650 etc)

Hi all,

I have 7610, previously a 7650. Now, both the ".Mac"-mail and our local mail here at the office uses "SMTP-authentication". Something that a few (and growing numbers of) mailprogram supports. Not, however, the Series60-phones. Does anyone know a work-around for this limitation? Hopefully, one that doesn't force me to purchase a sperate mail-program...

P.S. The SmartVCard doesn't export ALL fields in your contacts... I used this to get stuff from 7650 to 7610, and some fields (numbers, notes, e-mails etc) occatinally dissapeard.... just a warning 😊)

I am also experiencing the same problem. I've submitted a trouble ticket to Nokia on the problem, (but have not received a response)[/B]
