My Nokia headset (nokia brand) which i use with my 3650 has started showing a "accessory not supported" error when i plug it in....
sometimes it does detect it properly but I am not able to answer calls using the little button on the headset and have to instead use the green button on the phone itself...
also is there anyway I can hear a normal ringtone (and not from the headset) with the headset plugged in?

There might be a faulty wire in there, usually that happens when u use the accesory often. I used a 5510 for a year before my 3660 and the headset comes to a point of not functioning when listening to mp3s and answering calls.
Maybe its time to replace yours as well.
no its quite new... infact i haven't ever used it much... !
maybe its faulty afterall
If it doesnt function as it should then maybe it is. 🙄
