emailed them 4 days ago and until now, NO REPLY.

Yeah they dont have the best support reputation. Have you tried uninstalling the program and or deleting the ini files?

how do i delete the INI files of the program?

Try using TaskManager to clean up your memory. I have Cobuild (funny name for dictionary) and I ote that the two problems with it are memory errors or if you move the Cobuild file from the documents folder. This application, as well as Ringmaster, instal a file in the documents folder; very irratiting. So many people report errors because Nokia is not up front on memory issues. That is why a restart will often solve the problem as everything from "not found" to "execserv" errors are jusr poorly trapped memory errors.

Have a look in the C\System/Apps/Cobuild

(or whatever the install fold is for the cobuild app - it will be in system/apps)

and you may see a .ini file. If so you might want to try deleting it. Or as I say do this and then reinstall.

deleted it and still the same error happens. no reply yet from Tomtom. i think they should get new ppl for their support team.

likewise, downloaded the demo version from their site and still the same application error occurs. i think its my copy thats wrong. there might be some issue on memory. whatchathink?

wrong msg on the previous post. i mean its NOT my copy thats wrong.

Tha Answer was TomTom write for this Problem is

- Delete the file E-G from the documents folder on the 9210
- Remove the E-G COllins dictionary from the 9210
- Install the E-G COllins dictionary again

This work by many peoples in my Forum, but i can't check this....

Mate... I had exactly the same problem and tried every single trick in the book. Your only chance of success is if you copy the .sis file onto your MMC and then open/install application in your device. It'll work!! I don'y really know why it would work this way though and wish someone could tell me...

tried this solution but NO luck. the same problem occurs. the dictionary terminates b4 it even starts. also i noticed that the file being saved in the Documents folder in my case is "CoBuild".
