Can I convert my 'old' P800 into a P900?

Ok, so I recently got the P900 and my good ol' trusty P800 has been 'mothballed'.

Isn't it possible to load the P900 software on the P800 and convert it into a P900? :?

Only if it is on your MS Duo. Otherwise you'll just have to install the software on the P900 again (if you ever bought software, you can just ask the software-makers for a new code, just send your IMEI)

I'm under the impression he means the Firmware/UIQ/Symbian OS7 etc etc...in which case, no it's not possible...if it was the P900 would be pretty much redundant apart from the obvious hardware differences.

Oops, yeah you're right, that probably is what he meant (didn't read carefull enough...). And you're right about it not being possible too! 😊

Yup, i'd sell the P800 and spend the money on beer! 😃

Or on a few MS Duo's. To save the history log of Solitaire 😉

But the question still stands? Kingrob don't you have Solitaire on the P900? It is supposed to be there!

If it's not, it's on the CD me thinks.

Yes, Solitaire is on my P900 as well.

I guess I'll have to sell it then, but - I'm the sentimental type. My P800 has been with me for more than a year and I still love it as much as I love my P900 (pathetic, I know, but that's me).

Well, I'll just have to let it go. :frown:
