Hi All,

I have a nokia 6600. I am not able to open the "themes" icon in the menu. When i try to open it it won't respond and open. Please help me.

I have tried rebooting the phone several times, restored the phone to factory settings twice, still no go.

Hi,

I've heard of this problem before regarding the theme icon not working properly.
Did you install a new theme lately maybe and since this has happened?
You could try manually removing the theme's from you phone using a file explorer, or try booting the phone without the MMC inserted.
If this works I'd suggest backing up the phone to your PC then performing a full phone format before restoring your contacts etc.

Maybe also do a search here and try and find the other posts about when others had this problem and see what the cause was.

Hi Ian,

Thank you so much. I installed Fexplorer and deleted the themes which i had installed recently. Now i am able to open the themes icon. Once again thank u so much.

Hi Ashwath,

Your very welcome, glad it sorted your problem.

I've never had this myself, but there was talk on this forum of certain theme's giving problems. Why though no one knows and as I said I never had a problem.
But atleast your phone is now working well again.
