Hello, i am from germany and i use a comm. 9210.
By synchronising any files i'll get the following message
Falt - Ecfmserv
Then the programm brake down!
What can i do?

ehich software version do you use (*#0000# to find this out)? i had this with 3.18. but after updating to 3.54 and installing the new pc-suite 1.01 from the forum nokia page everything worked fine - ok, some crashes but

I've useing the PC Suite 1.01 an the softwareversion is 3.18.
In the south of germany isn't any chance yet to update to 3.54-(((
The hotline told me, that i must formate my nokia????
Then it's possible that it wil work.......
Did you have another possibility?
