Nokia 6600 Contacts Manager

On my Nokia 6600, I uploaded my contacts from Outlook Express via BT. It went fine but in a long list of 150 contacts.

I created few folders and moved some contacts into them. But when I delete the contact in the long list, the one I moved to the folder is also get deleted. I just want about 20 frequently used in the list and the rest into folders. (Apart from the 9 speed-dial contacts). How can I do this?

Is there any software that is available for phonebook/ Contact?

On topic:

I don't think you can make the list smaller and keep them in groups, you could always try keeping some on your SIM directory as number you wanted to quickly get at?
