Help Needed!

hi everyone. I have a huge problem. When I was setting my original phone settings, then I decided to cancel it, so i took the battery out of the phone. HUGE MISTAKE! When I powered on the phone again, it said, "APP CLOSED. STARTUP!". Now i cna make and receive calls, but can't open the menu and can open the soft keys selection. I REALLY NEED HELP!!!

Well everyone makes mistakes, proceed with the format. Make sure your plugged with at least a few bars of battery.
