i know this topic has been solved from a long time .. but now i read somewere that the p800 can't ditect more than the 128 Memory stick ... but if u used a 256 Memory stick the device will ditect 2 (128 MB ) and this is becouse it wont see over 128 .. and this was okay with me .. and so i order the 256 MS .. but 2 days ago i was toled by a friend that he did the same and the phone didnt ditect any MS !!!
and so i searched the forums to make sure and their i find every one saying that the p800 cant see over 128 MB
now what can i do??
buy 128 ?? or 256 ?? :? :? :? :? :?
There is no 256MB MS DUO.
the 256mb does exist, but you wont get 256mb -ever - on the px00

Notice how the PRO is written in bold.In case its not clear,its a Memory Stick Duo Pro.The p800/p900 supports Memory Stick Duo only.

That's a duo PRO, which won't work on the Px00! There is a 512MB Duo PRO too, but obviously they won't work either

@ghostdog - you're right! I missed the reference to "pro" too...
Can anyone tell me if this link is correct?? http://www.memoryforless.co.uk/store/erol.html#386x0&& will this work on my p900??? I have searched the forum but not too many straight answeres out there and it does say DUO and no sign of DUO PRO. Is it false advertising?

:s: Now I'm confused about THAT card as well. You should mail them and ask if it is really a NORMAL DUO 256MB card. There were some rumours about that card before, but I'm afraid it's not gonna work, but it might...
