If you cant find the file, how are you deleting it??????????

C:/system/apps/phone/op logo.

😊

no what i meant was i cant find e file anymore because i thing i have deleted it

btw i looked inC:\system\apps\phone\oplogo and it says *EMPTY*

Try deleting the oplogo directory, that may help. The O2 text is just text inserted by the firmware if it doesn't notice anything in the oplogo directory.

thanks
ive finally gt rid of the logo i set myself but now i just have O2-UK at the top of my standby screen before i had an image by O2 this is the image i am looking for, does any one have it on their phone if so can you screen shot it and pm me with that image so i can make the original image

Hi, think the name of my Operator is written in plain text exactly in the place where the Operator Logo should be...

When I change themes, the text change it's colors and the background is the color of the theme...

If I put an Operator Logo, the text goes away, if remove, the Operator name returns...

Is it really the name of my Operator or is it the name of the network I am using??

Can I change this text to my name??

I don't have that path at all...strange. I can only go as far as system/apps...no "phone" folder. So now I get a "Cingular" name when in fact I am on a T-Mobile network.

thanx puddytat
ive already sorted it now tho, i just reset the phone and it was all back 2 normal

jt

its the name of the network you are curently using not the operator whose sim you are using

i thinkl the only way to set your name as your op logo is to cre8 a pic of ur name and set it as ur oplogo
