I am used to a Nokia 6610, and would like some recommendations from you for the following applications for the 6600:
1) A calendar application that works and looks the same as the one in the 6610, specifically, one that shows how old a person will be in the current year. The 6600 can show it is the person's birthday, but not how old he/she is 😞
2) An automatic keyguard application that will lock the keypad after a certain amount of time
3) A better contacts manager that will allow me to change for example a mobile number type to a business number type (In the 6610 you can select a number and "Change type" to something else)
Thank you in advance!

2) Automatic keygaurd--- you can set your 6600 to lock the phone after a certain periosd by doing this
Menu--->Settings--->Security--->Phone and SIM--->Autolock period
when this time is elapsed the phone will requuire your lock code to continue not just softkey*
the default Nokia lock code is 12345 but you can change it,, if you have nit already done so by doing this
Menu--->Settings--->Security--->Phone and SIM--->Lock Code
yu will then be asked to enter your current lock code or the default if you dont have one the to enter your new one twice
note: you will also be asked for the lock code when you turn the phone on if Autolock period is enabled
3) you can do this on the 6600 too
Contacts--->go to the contact whose number type you want to change---> options--->Edit--->Options--->Add Detail--> select the detail type you want---> type the number
if you aso want to change the label of the detil eg. mobile to palm top then
Contacts--->go to the contact whose detail type you want to change---> options--->Edit--->Options--->edit label
about the calender psiloc.com or epocware may have a program but im not certain
hope this helps
