No because it doesn't have an infared port, unlike the 3650.

The Nokia 3650 can be a remote because it has a very strong infared signal. The N-Gage uses a much powerful bluetooth, it doesn't use infared, and therefore cannot be a remote, since TVs have infared receivers and not bluetooth ones.
