Phone is blocked - Pls help me !!!

I've changed the original code 12345 -> 55555 ,and when mi phone asked for code to return the original setting ,i've entered the wrong code for 5 times and it's blocked forever .Only message display everytime i bootup is : Phone is blocked,please enter phone code.
I've tried to format it by pressing * # when power on the phone but no way out ,some one said the phone code is *#0003*secret code 8 digs# :?
Anybody can help me plz ???
