i have got my o2 gprs settings for my qd but every time i try to go on to my home page (o2's home page) a message will come up saying app. closed browser and it will come out of my bookmarks so i can never go on the internet i don't know what to do, help me please ( i have never been on the internet on my qd yet).

What happens when you hold 0 from the stand by screen?
Make sure that you have the correct access point specifyed. The o2 WAP one.
Before sending it back if that dont work, try a *#7370# on the unit to reset factory settings and give it another go. I have seen a few cases with new Nokias where there might be a small problem like yours and it seemed to fix it!

when i hold down zero it takes me to the bookmark screen then i selecte a bookmark and it does the same thing.
what the hell is a lock code and where do i get it because i want to restart my phone
What the lock code is and how it is used is written in the phone's User's Guide. Easiest way to search for it is to download the PDF version and find it there. The default is 12345.
