is there a program to make images fit on to n-gage so they show at full screen?
also is there a program to convert sound files to mid, so i can use them as message tone?

Any photo editing program on your PC can make full size images. Just save them in 176x132 pix. It's NGages display resolution.

That doesn't make it fullscreen last i remember...
Yeah, I've been wondering the same thing. I have this image that's 150X150 and 8kb in size and it fills the screen and I'll change other files to the same size and I've played around with the compression and nothing. The other image won't fill the screen.
Iknow that Nokia PC Suite for my wife's 6800 has a program that will resize the images and upload the to the device.
I assume that PC Suite for N-Gage will do the same thing, but I can't start up PC Sutie for N-Gage since I haven't a bluetooth connection to my device.
Anybody know an work-around?
You can't set a fullscreen walpaper on the N-Gage,not matter how and what you use to resize it.
