Keypad getting stuck?

For wat i've been tinkering around, i don't recommend u open it coz there doesn't seem to be any supposed proper way to open it...

If you do open the unit it will void your warranty.

I would strongly recomend you do not try to remove the cover yourself!!

But I thought I read somewhere that the cover could be replaced?

I think I read it in HowardChui.com -- in the N-Gage QD review..

I have the exact same problem! The 3 and 9 keys get stuck most of the time making a strange clicking noise, it's only started to happen now though and I've had the QD for almost a month.
