Nokia 9210i spreadsheet question

Hi, I am new to this forum and I am also new to the Symbian OS. My question is how , inthe spreadsheet program, can you make a function which will count the amount of times a certain word appers in the spreadsheet and put the result in a certain cell?

Use the COUNTA function.

Best off to create a *.xls on your PC and transfer it across. The forumlas & sums etc should still be intact.

thanx for the replay. can you explain a little further on how to use the COUNTA function. to tell you the truth I am not very good with excel on the PC either so it so I dont have what to transfer.
