"already in use" message when deleting a .sis file

Turn your phone on and off. If it doesn't let you get rid of it use Fexplorer to find the email and delete it manually.

I am having the same problem. I have a .sis file saved in my message inbox that was bluetoothed to me. The exact error message I get whilst trying to delete it is, "General: Already in use!". I've tryed moving it around folders within the inbox, running another .sis file before trying to delete the one I want rid of, turned phone off and on, and tryed taking out MMC and deleting it then but none of those resolve the problem.

Does anyone know the route to take through FExplorer to get into the the inbox files? I will give that a go next.
