6600 POP3 & SMTP ports

Have been searching everywhere but haven't found a clear answer on this ..
Is it possible to use another port (then the default 110 & 25) for the POP3 & SMPT on the Nokia 6600 ?
I think not since none of the things I tried worked ..

This would be a real bummer since I can't use the default ports. (all other email clients I use (PC & PPC allow to change these ports)

I didn't notice a port configuration, but you can always try putting in the name of the server followed w/ a colon and the port number (worth a try)
ex: pop.earthlink.net:25 or something like that.

Hi, thanks for the reply .. I should have mentioned that I already tried that;

SMTP:xxx
and
SMPT PORT xxx
and
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:xxx
