Today my n-gage fell, like some times before, but this time it got damaged: it works correctly but just won't 'see' the charger, I connect it and it is as if it wasn't connected. I've got it turned off now, but, well, it's agonizing. Sooooo, I have got some questions.

1. I performed the backtalking modification, so no warranty, am I right?
2. When you perform a backup of the system's memory, are the messages also saved?
3. If I bought a QD, as I probably will, am I gonna be able to backup from the MMC?
4. would it be possible to recharge my n-gage battery with a N-gage QD? I read somewhere they were similar size, only the QD's was a little thicker, so it's a possibility...
5. If the messages are not backuped (nice new verb ive just made up XD), is there any other way to transfer the messages to another n-gage?

thanks in advance.

Backup will also back up messages. You can't restore to a different kind of device, though.

You should be able to recharge the battery in any other phone that accepts the battery. I don't know if the slimmer battery will fit in the QD, but it might. Try in a store before you buy.

You can also save/export your messages with "Message Saver". Search for it in the shop: http://www.allaboutsymbian.com/shop/
