How to backup contact into MMC

I have some problems on application that it keep restart when i open it.

I am thinking of full format my 6600, and how do i backup all my contact and notes into my MMC?

Is this a good idea to full format it?

You can do a backup of everything to the MMC with the "Memory" app in the phone. However, you can't select what you back up with it, so also bad apps will be backed up.
