Hello... My dad just bought a 7610 and he accidentally formatted his MMC. Is there a way where we can get the default programs and data installed in the MMC when we first purchased the phone? Does nokia have a support for this?

no, no way to get back the software on mmc such as full (paid) version of opera etc.. i had same problem , u should just return the phone and get another one
