iv searched high and low and all i can find is that its free to become a member, but what about when u wanna upload scores or download ghosts, or when the online RGP games come out, with half an hour in the arena mean 3hours of work at my job? whats going on, PLEASE give me the low down.......
thanks
Zeke
The Arena itself is free, but the cost depends on how much data you transfer and how much your operator charges for GPRS Internet data traffic.
The Log app on the phone will tell you the amount of data you send/receive.
Your operator will tell you their prices.
You download rankings and feats, as well as uploading your scores, through the game itself. Tomb raider, for example, has an option in the menu which says 'n-gag arena', via which you access game guides, shadow racings, and videos uploaded by other players. it's a lot of fun racing agains other players and the amount of data transferred is surprisingly low, so don't worry too much about the price - the web viewer is the most serious threat to your wallet, not the games. If you've got a QD, you'll find it very easy, as everything is quite automatic.
Have fun!
With AT&T Wireless you can sing up for unlimited mMode (GPRS access) for $24.99 and T-Mobile's T-zone is like $19.99
With either of these plans you can access the arena all you want w/o fear of paying some huge bill.

Where did you see unlimited mMode for $25 from ATT?? The cheapest I've seen unlimited for is $80 per month. Also does anybody know if it's possible to access the internet via Bluetooth networking instead of using GPRS?? Thanks.

FOR AT&T USERS... (some rules may apply.)
You guys are mistaken. The at the first page of the ACTUAL "buy the phone" off of N-Gage.letstalk.com, you choos your plan, The plans range from $15.00 to $125.00 A MONTH (the $15.00 one gets you only 45 min. of talk time where as the $19.99 one gets you 250 min. of talk time.) HOWEVER, (for all service plans) you need to add a data base service like the M-mode which is an ADDITIONAL $25.00 a month. So instead of paying $19.00 or $25.00 a month, you ar paying $44.99 a month.

Game guides on Tomb Raider? Yeah right! The game's been out for AGES and still Nokia have not uploaded a strategy guide...
