going commercial with your themes

We are a mobile content developer and distributor currently active in most key markets in the Asia-Pacific region. The carriers here are just making original themes available on a commercial basis, charging users on a per-download basis. As we supply the carriers what we have, we are also seeking to work with any interested parties keen to get some material returns on your original themes.

In terms of commercials, the norm in these markets is revenue share, and we typically split evenly with our content partners what we in turn get from the carriers.

a) There's only so much you can do with pixels and some of the best stuff is out there for free
b) You're advertising on a site with its own shop (probably against TOS)
c) You're advertising vending instead of something I might give a TOS about, like 'I created this app, I'd like a beta tester' or something like that.
d) I'd give you a d, but it's a waste of my time.
