You'd have to unpack it with a program that recognizes that compression format. However, in the case of Symbian and Series 60 phones, it generally indicates illegal, cracked copies of software, which is not something you will get support for on this site. Legal software kits are generally distrubuted in .sis or .jar files, sometimes also in .zip files.
