help anyone? my virtual flip doesnt open anymore.. keep on tapping the arrow icon over and over again but nothing happens..at least immediately.. it does open, but only after mins of waiting.. worse, the virtual flip keeps on flashing back up immediately.. tried almost everything already.. formatted the c drive, and the master reset.. any other suggestions?

Might sound stupid, but maybe (just maybe) something is pressing the "pin" (don't know how to call it) so that the device thinks there is an actual key-pad/flip attached
