I tried PC-S 6.1 and 6.2 on my desktop and laptop result;
my desktop's bluetooth configuration totally ruined, PC-S for 6600 stopped working, my RecordNOW! stopped detecting my dvd writer and cd writer

my laptop's bluetooth config is ruined when ever I turn on my laptop I see that it triest to connect all to the bluetooth phones I have (3650/6600/7610), when I click on Mozilla I get a notice that says java has crashed then my task bar and all desktop icons disappear.

both computers have XP PRO SP1, desktop billionton class1 100mt, laptop has 100mt MSI bluetooth.

Now I have to reinstall everthing, but obviously PCSuite 6.x ...

thank you nokia!..

i have the same probs... so i know how u feel. try Oxygen Phone Manager! 😉 greets BB

I think your trouble is here ' XP PRO SP1 '
But it's not like it's a new OS anymore, so why does software still have so much trouble with this OS.

Come on Nokia!!

I've run PC Suite with Windows XP Professional SP1 with not such problems (with a Belkin Bluetooth adapter using WidComm drivers). Now I have SP2 release candidate 2 (RC2), and use the Microsoft Bluetooth drivers. In other words, I wouldn't be too quick to put the blame just on Windows XP Pro SP1.

maybe its our bluetooth device? i used MSI bluetooth and with v1.4.2.10 driver still can't connect with my 7610 on my bluetooth
