hello everyone,

i have 128mb MMC in my n-gage and how do set that to be my main memory , coz everytime im trying to send something to my phone over bluetooth it says "delete some files memory low", how do i access my MMC over bluetooth ?? i am mac user btw.

thank
dovla

I'm an OS X user too. I've used Bluetooth File Exchange to send files to my N-Gage...they end up in my Messaging Inbox. As far as direct access/browsing the MMC card, I'm not sure how to do that. Worse yet, if I send a random file to the N-Gage that the system doesn't recognize (i.e., a Game Boy ROM or something), I can't even download it. When I open the message, it just says "Cannot install." There seems to be no way to extract the file, and/or save it.

There's a freeware program you can install called 'Forward' which lets you shift things from your Inbox to your memory card. Once they're there, use 'FExplore' (another free program, & pretty much a must-have if you want to use S60 properly) to run the .sis file (or move the forwarded file to the approriate directory). I find this combination helps me a lot. 😊

There's details of 'Forward' & 'FExplorer' at:

thanks a lot ! but my main question is how to transfer *.blz files to my MMC since the files are larger then my phones memory? i managed to transfer one by putting my MMC in my friends phones and now i cant install it, i did install blzinstallapp.sis and i just cant seem to get it working :frown: any help please ?

i did it! i bought a cheap MMC card reader and everything is working now ! installed all the new games and i simply love this phone! 😊
