Hi,
I've been using my 6600 for 6 months, synchronising to my laptop via bluetooth, to outlook express for contacts only. All worked fine until a month ago.
Now, when I try to synchronise, it goes through the motions, shows the little green/blue arrows going in circles, gives the 'all finished, do you want to see the log' window, but doesn't recognize new entries/deletions on the phone.
I re-installed the software on the computer, cleaned up the phone and card memory, and I re-set the sync tasks. but no good.
no aftermarket software on the phone. regular file transfer works fine.
any thoughts?? any help much appreciated.

How did you "clean up the phone and card memory"?
What S/W are you running? Might be worth backing up device and either formatting the device or getting a re-flash at a service centre.

Thanks for the reply. I'm using pc suite, and 'clean-up' is a my awfully non-specific term for erasing as much as possible off the card and phone (photo/ video/ messages/etc.).
I backed-up already, using the full back-up mode. If I re-format device, how much of the settings will return upon restoring?? I know its a silly question that every asks...but please let me know...

Further...I backed up the mem card on my pc with no problem, then reformatted it, and returned the data. Fine.
Then backed up the phone mem to the card, restarted everything, then restored the data from the mem card to the phone mem. tried again to sync and it did the same as before.
looking for any other suggestions, can't seem to find anybody else with this problem. if nothing comes up, i'll go in to service and get a s/w reload, et al.
