Does anyone if the 7650 will work in the US with T-Mobile?

No go, I'm afraid. The 7650 is dual-band only (GSM 900MHz and 1800MHz only, whereas GSM in North America uses 850MHz and 1900MHz). In other words, the 7650 works in any other GSM country except the USA and Canada.
