stupid question

so i know i might get a stupid answer ,on symbianthemes.com you cant download sis files due to a fault so you have to download a zip file , now my question is once ive downloaded the zip file to my pc do i open it and extract the sis file and send to the phone or do i need to get the other files in the zip folder onto the phone aswell ,

You only need to send the the .sis file.
