Hi, recently I updated the firmware to 3.62 and when I connect it to the computer through the serial port, the program says that my 9210 is an Unknown device. I try to reconnect but it says the same.
I have used the PC Suite provided in the CD and also I have dowloaded and tried the one from Nokia. The result is the same Unknown device.
Any suggestion?

Pero no te pide el PCSuite que des un nombre al nuevo comunicador?
Por ejemplo,mi novia tiene tambi�n un 9210 y una vez en mi casa lo fuimos a conectar y puso eso, que era un comunicador desconocido,y nos pidio un nombre para este nuevo comunicador,pero ya est�,luego funcionaba bien.
De todas formas, a m� este PCSuite no me gusta nada, prefer�a con mucho el del 9110. De hecho �ste s�lo lo uso para instalar programas, no hago backups con �l ni nada, todo lo guardo en la tarjeta de memoria.

Ah! Lo que tambi�n podr�as probar si no te supone ning�n problema es desinstalar el PCSuite y volverlo a instalar, a ver qu� pasa...

Buenas, al final era una tonter�a, me faltaba instalar el programa que me ped�a que le diera un nombre al Comunicador (nada m�s leer tu comentario, me di cuenta, jejejeje 
).

Yes, it finally worked and after all, it wasn't a problem with the program.
I installed PC Suite on a new computer and I forgot to install the Manager Suite that asked me to give a name to the Communicator.
