Dictionary app error, plss help

Uh huh... I'm all mixed up about this phone... It's the (relatively, of course) best Nokia phone I've ever had in terms of functions and ease of use... but that dictionary, argh.

My problem with the dictionary was a different one, but I think a friend with the same phone had a similar problem (to yours). We really got no idea what to do. It's just not feasible having to retype 1/3 of your messages cause of some bug...

hEY! i got this problem too but its because i deleted everything about the dictionary out of the system folders..!!! DAMNIT!

I have the same prob too... i itchy hand deleted the program.. how to put it back??? 😞

guys, i have the same error message when i open the dictionary in the main menu.
i don't remember deleting anything to do with a dictionary, though. :con?
but my messaging works fine. i mean the T9 works fine.
is it the same thing?

Yes, i have the same problem. If anyone could tell us where to get that word database!!! since i bought the phone i wasn't able to use that dictionary.

Hi guys, mine is working pefectly. I could find the files you lot deleated from your fone on my 7610 and then send you the files so you can replace them.

Hi to Avril, X-Lex is chinese dictionary. I want to buy this dictionary too, but my phone have only two languages English and philliphino, and I can't not used the X-Lex, coz it's deosn't support phone with no chinese character....
what languages in your phone? ...does it has chinese and english?
