Hi guys!
I wonder which is better? Nokia Theme Studio (NTS) or Microforum Theme Editor (MTE)... I've read some posts here that MTE cannot do something which NTS can (I just can't figure which one), while NTS is very slow... way much to slow (i agree)
My problem is I've created a theme with Nokia Theme Studio, uploaded to my 6600, and it's ok, I wanted to try and edit it with MTE, so I extract the sis files with "UnmakeSIS", got 2 files, .skn and .mbm, and try to open the .mbm with MTE... but the order is not correct, for example the standby button doesn't show my standby pic, instead it shows the navigation pane or something? did i do something wrong when i created it with NTS? Coz I try somebody's themes and it's ok????
Any help? Please....

Maybe its the 'allow copying' option in Nts thats is the cause?
Using Mte you cant change the colour of the text in the contol area.

i have remade the sis files again using NTS with the allow copying -> yes, but the result is still the same. Any other suggestion?

Why cant (or dont want to) edit the theme using nts?
Actually im doing it with NTS, but it's kinda slow..

Yes, I do.. but i'm lack of RAM here, 256 MB.. Guess i have to content for the speed at the moment 😞

As they say "Good things come to those who wait" but adding another 256 will make a lot of difference and its only �20. Add another 512 (768 total) and its instant!!! 😊
