If so...is it safe? Are they serious? (they look serious enough but one never knows)

I had experience paying thru WORLDPAY. It's just like PAYPAL so they just keep your personal information rather than giving it to the seller you bought your items from. It's pretty safe. It is even listed in the BBB website.
