Hi guys, im having a problem with Sending SMS with my 9210, whenever i would send messages from either the phone or communicator interface, messages are automatically sent to the OUTBOX, and not "Message Sent" , even though my signal is full. Would any of you know how to cure this problem? its giving me a headache, sending once and then opening the outbox just to resend the "WAITING" message...its such a hassle! thnx guys! i hope you could help me..i dont think its with the sim card, because i tried it on my other nokia 7110 and it worked ok, i also tried resetting already...it didnt work...

SMS
Set "sent SMS" to direct.
That should do it.

I tried what you said, is it Shift+Ctrl+T? it shows the account settings wherein i have 2 choices, either fax or short messaging...but i cant seem to find the "sent SMS" option you're talking about? Im lost..please clarify, I really appreciate the help.
Under short message options, there are 2 folders, general and advnaced, but none of which i could select "direct" from...where could it be?

then select short message
then in general there is the option: Send short message:
SEt that to immediately

Hey guys! I did what Dazler said, but still no luck...what else could be causing this? i always have to resend it using the messaging function outbox option "send now", before, how about the "concatenation" setting? what's that? delivery reports? etc?? this is beginning to be a headache...
In that case...
A friend of mine had the same thing.
While send short message was set to immediately, he still sent it to the outbox.
At last he formatted everything and start all over again with installation.
Problem solved....

it maybe a bug. i had my 9210 v3.18 before, and twas probably a firmware bug.
if you have previous backup (using your filemanager's restore) ... try to restore -- smssegst.dat, smseast.dat and schedules.dat
i did this trick before on my 9210, and it did send the sms "immediately" again...
