problem with MMS facility(multimedia messeging service) on my nokia 6600

hi everyone, this is arun here.
i m facing a problem with MMS facility on my nokia 6600. whenever i insert a image in MMS (mulitmedia messeging service) its size decreses. i mean to say if the image is of size 20 KB, after inserting in mms its size decreases to 3 or 4 KB and due to this its quality also decreases.
plz tell me is it normal or m i really facing a problem.

Best you can do is that in the "Messaging" app hit "Options", select "Settings" -> "Multimedia message" and change the "Image size" setting to "Large".

If you set up an email mailbox and send pictures as email attachments then the phone won't do anything to the picture (nor is there an message center that does it either, as is the case with MMS).
