Whenever my 3650 starts up i get a message sayin "unable to retrieve multimedia messages. define access point first"
How do i define an access point, can someone give me a step-by-step guide please?

Try calling your networks Technical support or customer service, on GLOBE PH you just have to key in some keywords, send to a specific number then they send u the configuration settings, u just have to save it then its all ok both for GPRS and MMS. If you install applications and once in a while need to format your phone, you might want to save those configuration settings on a different folder too. :icon14:
