Sorry I should have said. RSS is a machine readable format that allows you to aggregate news and other information. You subscribe to feeds and these are managed in one central program. They work a bit like news readers or e-mail clients.
There's Headline from WildPalm for Series 60 and FeedBurner? for UIQ (for phones) and there's lots of PC / Mac ones too. Personally I use FeedDemon and a website called bloglines (www.bloglines.com).
I haven't explained this too well, but try a search for RSS or rss aggreator on google and you should fine some good stuff.
The benefit of this is you can keep an eye on your favourite forums without having to visit the site.
