everytime i try to change the background image on my phone, it wont work and gives me "system error"... i called tech support and all they wanted me to do was reset the settings.. and that didnt work.. he wanted me to call theplace i bought it from to get a replacement cuz he says mine is "defective".... note that everything else works but that... does anybody else have this problem? or have HAD this problem.... anywho... sombody help me plz :?

mmm maybe... will it be the same as when i bough it? like with the tzones and all the shit that was on there? or do i have to put in all the shit manually?
