How to play 3GP files

Hi, can anyone tell me how to play 3GP files on my NGAGE-QD? I already have Real one installed and smart movie but seems both are unable to play 3GP

What error message/s do you see when you try to play a video in .3GP format?

SmartMovie is a divx/xvid player only.

What happens if I convert a DivX encoded .avi file to .3gp using the Nokia converter? Will it still play in Real?

there is no error files, the real one player i installed won't recognize the 3gp or 3gpp files, only rm files show up.

no error messages, just wont recognize the files

I'm not really sure, the original ngage they sell here already have real one preinstalled, but QD doesnt, not sure in other countries though
