Help! I cannot connect my n-gage to my pc via usb. it has worked perfectly before on winxp but now i am on a different pc running win98se. my fone is running v. 3.30 28/8/03 NME-4. Does anyone have a solution (My pc doesnt support bluetooth btw)? It has succeeded in transfering files to and from my mmc but not now. I am in crisis!
USB Connection Problems

The USB cable is only for use with the Nokia Audio Manager, for transferring MP3 files to your game deck- in order to use the Data Suite, you have to connect to your computer using a bluetooth connection... You obviously have a USB port on your computer, since you're already using the USB cable, so why not go and buy a bluetooth adaptor/dongle that plugs into your USB port? There's plenty available! One that springs to mind is the Motorola bluetooth adaptor/dongle that's floating around, it's REALLY cheap and fully compatible with your N-Gage...

if i need bluetooth then how did i transfer games n pics via usb before?

I don't own a computer, so I haven't tried either connection method before, all I'm doing is quoting what Nokia officially say...

You don't need any "Nokia Audio Manager". The USB connection works as a removable drive, and you can transfer ANY file from and to your N-Gage (at much greater speed than BT).
so do i just need the driver? if so can u plz tell me where to dl 1 coz im sick of using ir-t610 then bt-n-gage

If you're using Windows XP, you shouldn't need a driver as XP should automatically install the driver for you, or download it from the Internet if necessary...

nah ive got win98 and cant find the driver
