Sis and Java install prob

I've got a problem with installing SIS-files. Everytime when I try to install a file that is bigger than 1 mb there would be displayed the following:"Memory low. Delete some data." I use a memorycard with the space of 128 mb and I've already formatted the telephones own memory with the help of another s60 program. What can I do to install SIS-files that are more bigger?

Then, I've got another problem with Java. I've got some jar and jad-files on my computer. where I have to put them when I want to install them? And, is it necessary to install Java-programs on the memorycard, maybe with a special program?

I thank you in advance for all your help

SuSHi

Because of the REALLY limited amount of built-in memory on the N-Gage and the N-Gage QD, you're gonna have to install all your large (aprox. 800kb+) applications and games on a "clean" game deck... In other words, you're gonna have to re-format (wipe) your game deck, install all of your large games and applications and THEN install everything else!

If you're installing Java files, simply send the .jar file to your game deck or memory card...

.jar files can simply be placed in the root (first level) of either C drive (your game deck's memory) or E (your memory card's memory)... Once they are in place, simply click on the file to install it to either your game deck or memory card!

I already formatted the built-in memory of my n-gage. After that I tried to install a file tht has a size of 1,5 mb and the install didn't work!

I've mentioned this before. If you transfer a file of that size to your Messages Inbox and try to install from there, you will face memory problems because the installation file first goes to the App. manager before it can be installed, so what you're then faced with are TWO 1.5MB files clogging up you memory.

End the installation process, delete the Inbox file, and go back to App. manager and install.

Use a file explorer to move the setup file from c:\nokia\installs\ to e:\, then go to App. Manager and install the program...

I used UnMakeSIS because somebody in another forum told me about this program. I unzipped a program with the size of 1,9 mb. The extracted files had a size of 3,4 mb. I copied the files to ?:\system\apps\[name of the program]. The symbol of the program appeared in the menue, but the program doesn't work.
The program doesn't appeared as installed in the program manager. What should I do?
